Work process
If you need assistance with immigration forms and documentation highlighted on our services page, you can contact us. Simply highlight the specific immigration assistance service you want to get i.e., filing asylum form I-589, etc.
The first contact lets us know the exact type of immigration assistance you seek, which determines the documentation that will be required. Once you pay a 50% down payment, which is calculated based on the service you want (see the Forms and Services page), we begin to work on your particular case. At this stage, we provide you with the list of documents and questionnaires that are necessary to fulfill your immigration process.
The time it takes for us to offer immigration document assistance services will also be dictated by how fast you provide the supporting documentation needed.
After getting all the information required, we assist with filling out immigration forms based on the information provided. We review forms and supporting documentation alongside our clients to ensure forms are completed properly and accurately.
This is the stage for you to review all the important information we have filled out in the respective forms. It will be the time to double-check your personal information, and ensure everything is correct. This step increases the success rate of an underlying immigration assistance process.
Once all of the documents are prepared, we compile the immigration case in question. Some applications may involve stacks of documents. In such cases, we compile documentation and present it in a manner that makes it easy for the USCIS to understand your intentions and find all supporting documents.
We proceed and send your immigration forms and supporting documentation to the USCIS, the main U.S. agency responsible for immigration matters.
We track cases with the USCIS and communicate with clients via email or phone.
Based on your specific case, we offer a list of documents and questionnaires needed, collect all required documents, and assist with completing the documents and reviewing them.
